to our newly established Bed and Breakfast accommodation. It is highly important
to us that your stay is both comfortable and enjoyable. We would greatly
appreciate it if you could sign our visitor’s book and feel free to add any
comments or concerns that you may have. Meany's Rest is strictly a non-smoking establishment. However feel free to smoke outside the house and in the bar and BBQ areas. As the township of Hawker relies on a bore for water supply, the tap water is not for human consumption. Only drink and cook in the rain water provided.

Main Lounge The
lounge room is equipped with a remote control, reverse cycle air-conditioning
unit. The remote control is located on top of the organ in the corner of the
room. The flat screen TV and DVD remote controls are located on the
entertainment unit. We have three local TV channels available. and there are a number of DVD disks
available for your entertainment.
Master Bedroom There are two queen size beds and two single
trundle beds with all linen provided. Maximum number of occupants is eight All bedrooms are equipped with remote control, reverse cycle, split system air-conditioning for your comfort. The master bed room is also equipped with a remote control ceiling fan. All remote control units are mounted on the walls next to the light switches. All linen is provided and all beds are fitted with electric blankets

Kitchen/Dining Room All the appliances and utensils that you require can be found in or on the cupboards. Tea towels are provided and it would be most appreciated if you could wash your dishes at the end of your stay. There is also a dry powder fire extinguisher clearly located in the kitchen.
BBQ Area The
BBQ and bar are is there for your entertainment. Turn on the gas to the BBQ at
the gas bottle tap and then proceed to use the auto ignition knob to light the
BBQ. All cooking utensils are supplied. There is also a toilet located in the
bar area if you wish to use it. Bathroom
Spa Bath The
bathroom is also fully equipped to make your stay enjoyable, featuring a
relaxing two person spa bath. All towels are supplied. As the town water is from
a local bore you will find that it is not as soft as other town water supplies.
It is fine to use to shower, bath and brush your teeth with but only drink and
cook in the rain water supplied.
